Earnings
Imperial PLUS – Income Security
For specific professional positions, we guarantee a minimum net salary of €1,000 per month for full-time working hours.
Imperial ŠPICA – Additional Seasonal Earnings
During the peak season (June – August), employees receive additional bonuses:
- Chefs, waiters, receptionists, and professional positions: an extra €500 net per month.
- Total earnings for these roles: €1,500 – €2,000 net.
- Housekeepers, assistant positions, and other roles: an extra €250 net per month.
- Total earnings for these roles: €1,000 – €1,400 net.
