Boris Galić

Chairman to the Supervisory Bord

He graduated at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb, majoring in finance.

He began gaining his long-standing experience in the fields of finance and accounting back in 1991 in Germany, at the company Tchibo GmbH.

During 1995, he gained experience auditing financial institutions and industrial companies at ECONTA Ernst & Young S.a.s. in Italy. In the period from 1997 to 2001, he acquired rich experience and insight into the banking world through his work at the Croatian National Bank, CAIB d.d., and Zagrebačka banka d.d.

At Allianz ZB d.o.o., a mandatory pension fund management company, he served as the President of the Management Board from October 2001 to April 2003. From 2003 to 2019, he served as a Member of the Management Board in charge of sales and marketing, as well as the President of the Management Board at Allianz Zagreb d.d. In the period from 2012 to 2016, he was the treasurer and Vice President of the Management Board at the German-Croatian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

In previous years, he held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Allianz ZB d.o.o., a mandatory pension fund management company (from 2003 to 2014). Since June 16, 2021, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Valamar Riviera d.d.

In addition to his role as Chairman to the Supervisory Board of Imperial Riviera d.d., Mr. Galić also serves as the Chairman to the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Investment Committee of Imperial Riviera d.d.
