Dijana Bojčeta Markoja

Member of the Supervisory Board

She graduated in journalism from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Zagreb and obtained a master’s degree in marketing from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb. Additionally, she completed professional development through the Executive Education Program at the IEDC Bled School of Management. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, pension industry, and technology sector.

She built her career in the banking sector, where she participated in significant merger and acquisition (M&A) processes, including the creation of Erste Bank in Croatia, the integration of Riječka Banka, and the acquisition of Novosadska Banka in Serbia. From 1997 to 2007, she served as the Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Erste Bank. From 2007 to 2011, she was a Management Board Member of Erste Card Processor, responsible for sales, risk management, fraud monitoring, and legal affairs, as well as leading international projects in the Central and Eastern Europe region.

During the period from 2012 to 2014, she acted as an advisor to the Management Board and co-founder of the company Altus IT (now Digital Realty). Since 2014, she has been the Managing Director of the Association of Pension Fund Management Companies and Pension Insurance Companies (UMFO). She actively participates in the work of domestic and international professional bodies in the field of financial services and the pension system, including the OECD/BIAC Private Pensions Working Group, the EIOPA OPSG Working Group, and the Croatian Employers’ Association, where she holds the position of Vice President of the Financial Operations Association. In addition to her role as a member of the Supervisory Board of Imperial Riviera d.d., Ms. Bojčeta Markoja also serves as a member of the Audit Committee of Imperial Riviera d.d.
