Hrvoje Pauković
Member of the Supervisory board
Hrvoje Pauković graduated at the Faculty of Law at the University of Rijeka,where he later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. He passed the barexam, completed his education at St. John’s University in New York, andobtained licenses as a securities broker and a certified mediator. He begangaining professional experience in the legal profession, after which heworked on legal and regulatory affairs at Croatia osiguranje d.d., where he held several management positions, including the role of Director of the Legal, General, and Human Resources Sector. From 2006 to 2025, he served as the Director of the Croatian Insurance Bureau, where he managed the operations of the national insurance bureau, the association of insurers, and the guarantee fund, while also participating in the development of the regulatory, institutional, and consumer framework of the Croatian insurance market.
Throughout his career, he has held numerous positions in domestic and international professional and governing bodies, authored many scientific and professional articles, and spoken at domestic and international conferences. He was a member of the Executive Committee of Insurance Europe (Brussels), the sole Vice-President and later a member of the Supervisory and Management Board of the Council of Bureaux (Brussels),
President of the Financial Operations Association of the Croatian Employers’ Association, and is the President of the Croatian Insurance Law Association.
He also served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Croatia osiguranje mirovinsko društvo d.o.o. and a member of the Supervisory Board of Luka Rijeka d.d. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Imperial Riviera d.d., and since 2025, he has served as the President of the Management Board of PRIMO Real Estate d.d. In addition to his role as a member of the Supervisory Board of Imperial Riviera d.d., Mr. Pauković also serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee of Imperial Riviera d.d.
