Mladen Markoč

Member of the Supervisory Bord

He graduated at the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb. He specialized in the fields of corporate law, securities law, and commercial law. He serves as an advisor in numerous significant transactions on the Croatian and international capital markets. He is a regular lecturer at the Zagreb Stock Exchange Academy and an occasional lecturer at the Judicial Academy. He began his career in 1988 as a trainee attorney.

From 1990 to 1997, he worked in the Management Board office of the renowned company Pliva. From 1997 to 2007, he was a partner attorney at the Bogdanović, Dolički & Partneri Law Firm, and in 2008, he served as a Member of the Management Board at ICF Grupa d.o.o. Since 2010, he has been an attorney at the Mladen Markoč Law Office, and since 2013, at the Joint Law Office Mladen Markoč and Ivan-Krešimir Tomić, which is known today as the Joint Law Office Mladen Markoč, Relja Pećina, and Fran Kušeta.

In previous years, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Valamar Adria Holding d.d. (from 2011 to 2014). Currently, he is a member of the supervisory boards of Valamar Riviera d.d. (serving as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2014), Helios Faros d.d., and Ingra d.d. Mladen Markoč is also a member of the Governing Council of the Magdalena Clinic for Cardiovascular Diseases of the Faculty of Medicine at the J. J. Strossmayer University of Osijek. In addition to his role as a member of the Supervisory Board of Imperial Riviera d.d., Mr. Markoč also serves as a member of the Audit Committee of Imperial Riviera d.d.
